3. I think to become a Chinese teacher in the foreign is a big challenge to me. I knew I will faced many difficult problems. I think the best way to solve these problems is find the right way to handle them.  

我认为要成为对外汉语教师对我来说是一个很大的挑战。我知道我会面临许多困难的问题。我认为相当好的方式来解决这些问题，是找到正确的方法处理它们。  

4. Teaching in a unfamiliar environment also is a big challenge to me. I will learn the culture and many things in the new environment. I will change it to become a way to learn.
